Work completed on a new wooden house - Spinetoli (AP)

Another wooden house has been completed. One new adventure has come to an end, but another is about to begin for the family, as they move into their highly-anticipated new "dream home".

The location is in a hilly area, in the municipality of Spinetoli (AP), and this had an important influence on the development of the  project.

Simple forms and modern volumes were the choice of the client, who sought to combine contemporaneity and tradition by using a prefabricated glulam structure.

This is undoubtedly a responsible choice and one that demonstrates sensitivity to the environment. A wooden house successfully combines high energy performance with a low environmental impact and seismic safety in a single solution.

This is a single-floor building of approximately 220 square metres and has been constructed using "Subissati Platform Frame” building technology
