Works started on the new gymnasium - Montemaggiore al Metauro (PU)

Work has recently begun on the development of a new wooden gymnasium in the district of Villanova di Montemaggiore al Metauro - Comune di Colli al Metauro.

The project involves the development of the first segment of the project and is dedicated exclusively to the construction of the main architectonic volumes: Gymnasium, Services and Entrance volume.

The first segment envisages that, for the Gymnasium Volume of approximately 600 m2, the structural works, closure of the cladding with EPS and plaster infill panels, the external fittings, thermal and sanitary water systems, internal flooring and internal and external paintwork will be completed. The gymnasium will therefore be able to be used both by schools and for amateur volleyball.

The gymnasium support structure will be in reinforced concrete and lamellar wood.

The volume used for the bathrooms, with a reinforced concrete support structure, will extend for approximately 140 m2 and will house the changing rooms and other toilets and bathrooms necessary for the structure.

Outside, a large 135 m2 lamellar wood portico in dark walnut colour will give the structure a fascinating modern look.
