We are in the final stages of work on a new glulam semi-detached house in the Municipality of Montemarciano (AN).

The two residential units are completely independent, sharing only outdoor spaces to ensure privacy and comfort for each family.

Description of the residential units

Ground floor unit:

Surface area: Around 240 square metres.

Internal Layout: A large open space combines the kitchen, dining room and living room, creating a convivial and bright environment. The sleeping area has two spacious bedrooms, designed for maximum comfort. High-quality materials and fine finishes enrich the interior, making every room elegant and functional.

First floor unit:

Access: A stairwell with a full-height ceiling, equipped with a lift for easy access.

Surface area: Around 110 square metres.

A large terrace offers a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape, providing an exclusive outdoor space for relaxing moments.

The house is a fusion of different styles and inspirations, creating a contemporary architecture that blends perfectly into the Montemarciano landscape. The use of large windows and skylights not only improves aesthetics, but also reduces energy consumption through natural lighting.

The glulam structure is made of wood from certified forests, ensuring sustainable management of forest resources. Wood is a natural, renewable material with a low environmental impact.

We use thermal and acoustic insulation of natural origin, such as rock wool, which offers excellent energy performance and improves living comfort.

The house has been built using “Subissati Platform Frame” construction technology, which allows the building to be constructed quickly, reducing construction time and minimising waste. It also provides excellent seismic resistance and energy efficiency.

The highly insulating building envelope reduces heat loss, ensuring a comfortable indoor climate in all seasons and lowering energy costs.

The house is tangible proof of our commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly architecture, a modern retreat that blends harmoniously with nature, offering uncompromising comfort, functionality and beauty.
