Work completed on a new single-family wooden house: an oasis of well-being and sustainability - Sassoferrato (Ancona)

In Sassoferrato (Ancona), we have created a project that combines the refined aesthetics of wooden architecture with functionality and sustainability. This beautiful single-family dwelling, set in an oasis of greenery, is a concrete example of how it is possible to live in harmony with nature, without sacrificing comfort and well-being.

A perfect blend of tradition and innovation

This house is the result of careful planning that combines traditional construction with state-of-the-art technology. The choice of glulam and “Subissati Platform Frame” technology guarantees high structural strength and excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

Architecture that blends into the landscape

The house is on one floor, with a total of about 100 square metres of interior space, plus 100 square metres of porch. The latter, with its three columns clad in local stone, creates a deep connection with the territory, recalling ancient rural buildings and enhancing the beauty of the surrounding landscape.
