The pre-school has opened - Montelabbate (PU)

On Saturday 21 April the new pre-school was opened in Osteria Nuova, Montelabbate (PU).

The mayor, Cinzia Ferri, was present at the ceremony and was joined by the councillors and the municipal engineering department, the mayors of the neighbouring municipalities, the vice-president of the European Parliament, the honourable Fabio Massimo Castaldo, the honourable senators elected in the province of Pesaro – Urbino and the future students with their respective families.

Francesco Subissati and Paolo Subissati also attended, together with our company’s technical staff.

The mayor and the whole of the administration complimented our company on its speed and precision in carrying out the works. In this case too, we managed to complete the structure very quickly indeed, considering its dimensions.

The new school made of lamellar wood extends over two levels with an overall surface area of 1,570 m2 with a total of 15 classrooms to which a 210 m2 gymnasium with 160 m2 of changing rooms will be added.

Apart from being seismically safe it includes various improvements to render it high-performing and efficient in terms of energy: adjustable motorised sun shades, a 21KWp photovoltaic plant on the roof, a rainwater collection system, and "LED PANEL" light fixtures for the classrooms.

The school and the gymnasium were built with lamellar wood using "Platform Frame" building technology.
