Warranty and Maintenance
Subissati Warranty on outdoor structures in autoclave-treated pine.
All SUBISSATI products made with autoclave-treated pine carry a 10-YEAR warranty, valid in cases where the material shows deterioration over time due to wood rot caused by fungi or insect attack. The warranty is valid exclusively under the following conditions:
- that the products have been used and installed in a workmanlike manner in accordance with the assembly instructions;
- that the profiles are used in compliance with hazard class 3 (Standard UNI EN 599-1) — protection for wood not in contact with the ground;
- that the profiles have not been planed, sanded, sawn, or milled longitudinally;
- that the instructions for use and maintenance have been followed;
- that the profiles are not installed near mulch;
- that the material is used only in Italy, or in other countries, subject to prior written agreement with SUBISSATI SRL.
The warranty excludes: shipping, labour, and any direct or indirect damages. SUBISSATI will replace the item under warranty with an identical or similar one, provided that proof of purchase documentation is supplied.

CE certificate steel metal structures
The only company in Italy to have both certification as a processing centre for Glulam Structural Elements and CE certification according to EN 1090-1 for steel metal structures. The certification attests that the above-listed products are subjected by the manufacturer to factory production control (FPC), initial type testing (ITT) and further testing on samples taken at the factory.

Wood processing centre
Compliance with the new Technical Regulations for Construction, valid for the processing of glulam beams, solid wood beams and wood-based panels (X-lam, CLT and similar).
