For the Conero Azzurro Village, set against the picturesque backdrop of Marcelli di Numana, our commitment has resulted in the construction of 10 wooden chalets, each measuring 60 square metres, designed as minimalist yet elegant retreats that blend seamlessly into the Mediterranean scrub.

- Platform Frame Technology: we have used this construction system to ensure maximum structural integrity and excellent thermal performance.
- Larch Cladding: the structures feature a ventilated façade of larch slats, chosen for their natural durability and their ability to ‘breathe’ and age harmoniously with the landscape.
- Material Details: the crimped aluminium roofing completes the functional aesthetic, ensuring durability and protection in a coastal environment.
