Project presentation: single-family wooden villa - Perugia

We are excited to announce the start of work on a new single-family wooden villa on the outskirts of Perugia that we are building for HDS, our dealer for Umbria. This ambitious project, complete with swimming pool and annex, is a concrete example of the homes of the future, where innovation, comfort and sustainability meet to create unique living environments.

The villa is designed to achieve maximum energy efficiency, class A4. Thanks to the installation of a heat pump and an advanced Clivet mechanical ventilation system, the building provides high living comfort while reducing energy consumption. In addition, in order to approach the concept of an almost-passive building, an 18KW photovoltaic system will be installed, which will help minimise environmental impact and reduce running costs.
