Project presentation: single-family wooden house - Monsampietro Morico (FM)

In Monsampietro Morico, in the heart of the Fermo hills, a new residential project combining innovation, comfort and sustainability is underway. It is a prefabricated wooden house, designed to offer a modern and responsible lifestyle without sacrificing the warmth of a cosy home.

The building will be on three levels: a large ground floor of 143 square metres, a first floor of 73 square metres and a second floor of another 73 square metres, for a total of 289 square metres distributed in bright, well-organised rooms designed to ensure maximum living comfort.

The choice of timber prefabrication is not only technical, but also cultural: it means building more consciously, faster and more efficiently. The dry construction technology allows extremely fast turnaround times, while still maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
