Project presentation: single-family wooden house - Gubbio (PG)

Work will start very soon on a new residential building in the Municipality of Gubbio (PG).

The project envisages the construction of a single-family wooden house on two above-ground levels, designed to ensure maximum functionality, high living comfort and a very high level of environmental sustainability. The dwelling will comprise a welcoming entrance hall, a large living room with an eat-in kitchen, a functional hallway, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a dedicated relaxation area, a garage and a technical room for installations.

The structure will be entirely made of wood, using "Subissati Platform Frame" construction technology, with particular attention focused on the architectural details, interior comfort and overall energy performance.

The building will achieve energy class A4, thanks to the installation of a high-efficiency Clivet heat pump system, which will provide heating and cooling. In order to make the system almost entirely passive, an 8 kW photovoltaic system will also be included, covering virtually the entire energy needs of the house.

As in all our projects, the construction choice in this case represents a perfect balance between contemporary design, technological innovation and respect for the environment. A house designed to last, offering quality, efficiency and everyday well-being to those who will live in it.
