Prefabricated wooden semi-detached house - Monte Rinaldo (FM)

In the heart of the Marche region, in Monte Rinaldo (FM), we have completed the construction of a prefabricated wooden semi-detached house, entirely custom-designed for our client.

A work that combines green building, state-of-the-art construction technology and customised design, with the aim of offering a sustainable, efficient home that blends seamlessly into its surroundings.

This semi-detached house is on two levels:

Ground floor: 280 square metres, with large, functional and highly customised spaces.

First floor: 170 square metres, dedicated to the sleeping area and the more private rooms.

4 covered porches totalling 50 square metres, perfect for outdoor living in all seasons.

The structure was built with our exclusive Subissati Platform Frame system, a construction technology that guarantees:

Like every one of our creations, this wooden semi-detached house is a unique, non-replicable project.

We do not work with standard models: every Subissati house is the result of a direct dialogue with the customer, and is custom-designed to perfectly meet visual, functional and environmental requirements.

The high performance of the house is also enhanced by the 6.00 kW photovoltaic systems, totalling 12 kW, which contribute to the building's energy autonomy.
