New single-family villa – Filottrano (AN)

The work on a new lamellar wood single-family home is due to start soon.

The prefabricated structure will be built in Filottrano (AN), a town in the hinterland in the Marche region.

It is a two-storey houses and the room layout is functional and designed to guarantee the best use of the spaces. The ground floor measures around 110 m2 and will form the entire living area, comprising a living room, kitchen, study and technical room.

The sleeping area is on the first floor, which measures around 80 m2, and comprises three bedrooms. Outside, the columns of the portico and part of the façade are covered in Geopietra stone veneer.

This material has a realistic effect created artificially to resemble the specific features of local stone.

The house has the typical forms of a traditional house in the Marche and the use of stone and wood further reinforces this bond with the local area by modernising it and making it more contemporary. It is planned to install a photovoltaic system and a heat pump for energy needs.

The house will be built with the “Subissati Platform Frame” building technology and the “Superbonus 110%” tax credit scheme will be applied.
