Location and construction progress
The construction site has begun with the execution of the foundation works, which are nearing completion. This step represents the first milestone for the subsequent installation of the wooden structure, which will begin in a few weeks.
Technical, structural and architectural features
The building will be developed entirely on a single floor, with a living area of 180 sqm and a covered porch of 35 sqm. The floor plan layout has been designed to ensure functionality, comfort and efficient space management.
The villa will be built using Platform Frame technology, one of the most widespread and high-performing systems for wooden houses. This construction method allows for high executive precision, fast assembly and excellent structural performance, especially in seismic conditions.
The wall stratigraphy will be designed to ensure high thermo-acoustic performance, contributing to the reduction of energy consumption and the improvement of indoor comfort. Wooden buildings, in fact, guarantee excellent insulation and high breathability of the building envelope.
From an architectural standpoint, the project proposes a contemporary language characterised by simple and well-proportioned volumes, integrated with elements that evoke the local building tradition.
The pitched roof represents a distinctive feature of the home, while the 35 sqm porch serves both an aesthetic and functional purpose, acting as a natural extension of the living area towards the outside.
The internal layout is organised on a single level, with a clear separation between the living area and the sleeping area, optimising circulation routes and improving the overall liveability of the spaces.
The numerous outward-facing openings encourage the entry of natural light and create a direct visual connection with the surrounding landscape, enhancing the relationship between indoor and outdoor spaces.
