Rapid construction for the new single-family wooden home – Loreto (AN)

Construction on the new single-family home in Loreto (AN) continues at a rapid pace.

After the reinforced concrete foundation and basement were constructed, assembly of the upper structure began in mid-January 2026.

In just two months, the building is nearing completion, demonstrating the meticulous efficiency of Subissati prefabrication.

Technical analysis of the project.
The single-story home, spanning approximately 140 square meters plus a 20 square meter pergola, represents excellence in terms of building envelope performance and sustainability.

The house is built using the “Subissati Platform Frame” system. This technology uses high-density laminated wood frames, which guarantee superior seismic resistance thanks to the material’s high ductility and certified mechanical connections.

Thanks to the natural hygroscopic properties of wood and the use of high-performance insulation, the structure guarantees excellent thermal insulation and thermal wave phase shift. This translates into a drastic reduction in heating and cooling costs, ensuring a building with very low CO2 emissions.

A photovoltaic system has already been installed on the roof, perfectly integrated into the villa’s clean, minimalist architectural lines. The roof has been waterproofed with special materials to ensure maximum durability and protection for the underlying insulation layers.

Rapid construction: the plus of the Subissati integrated system.
The true competitive advantage of a Subissati single-family home lies in its complete control of the supply chain, thanks to an in-house production department that operates under strictly monitored conditions. This process eliminates the climate uncertainties typical of traditional construction and guarantees minimal dimensional tolerances, a key factor for the building’s perfect thermal insulation.
The secret of the extraordinary speed achieved at the Loreto construction site lies precisely in this off-site engineering combined with Platform Frame technology.

– Millimeter-precise prefabrication: the walls arrive on site pre-assembled using computer numerical control (CNC) machines, transforming the work area into a rapid and extremely precise assembly center.
– “Dry” construction: unlike traditional methods, the use of certified mechanical connections allows for a drastically accelerated schedule, eliminating any drying time.
– Parallel work: once the load-bearing structure is assembled, a process that takes just a few days, the interior is immediately protected. This allows electricians, plumbers, and drywallers to intervene instantly, optimizing every operational phase.

It is thanks to this synergy between factory and construction site that the on-site assembly of the single-family home in Loreto, which began in mid-January, resulted in the definition of the living space in just a few weeks, already having a high-performance envelope in record time.
