The Conero Azzurro Holiday Village is located in Marcelli di Numana (AN) in the Monte Conero Natural Park and covers more than 50,000 m2. It also has a private pebble beach more than 150 metres long that can be accessed directly thanks to an exclusive internal connection to the Village.
The structure has always sought a constant dialogue with the surrounding natural environment and it is precisely for this reason that we decided to create wooden structures to expand our offer.
We were placed to build 10 wooden chalets for the structure, each one about 60 m2.
The structures are covered with a ventilated wall made of larch slats and the roof is in welded aluminium sheets. All of the structures were constructed with "Platform Frame" building technology.
Work was completed after about 4 months to allow the structure to use them for the summer season.
The dwellings are elegant and minimalistic and they fit perfectly in the natural setting of the village. They all have an arbour and the interiors are functional and practical. The chalets are suitable both for couples and for families looking for a quality stay in one of the most beautiful areas of the Marche region.
