Casa SZ: single-family wooden villa - Corinaldo (AN)

The prefabricated glulam house is located in Corinaldo (AN) one of the most enchanting villages in our area.

In its shapes, the dwelling recalls the typical country home of the Marche but has a modern heart where the best technologies and materials have been combined to achieve maximum living comfort. 

The structure was built in 2019 with "Platform Frame Subissati" construction technology . 

A precise and punctual design allowed the realisation of this new light and earthquake-proof house, equipped with high-performance systems and totally environmentally sustainable, which fully met our client's expectations.
