A new single-family wooden home at the final stages of completion – Fermo

The house stands in a prominent position, inviting you to lose yourself and indulge in the shapes and colours all the way out to the blue of the sea.

We are in Fermo, and the construction of this new wooden villa is at the later stages. Few details remain and soon we will be able to deliver the home to our clients.

This wood-panelled house is in an entirely rural situation and is built on two floors above ground (as well as one below-ground floor).

The main living areas comprise a dining room, reception, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, all on the ground floor with a surface area of approximately 120 m².

There are also 71 m² of portico on the ground floor and a 38 m² terrace and loggia on the first floor.

The various levels of the house connect via an internal stairway. The structure will be fitted with a solar system and a heat pump for maximum energy efficiency.

The house was constructed using “Subissati Platform Frame” building technology.
