The scaffolding has recently been removed from a new glulam villa that we are building in the town of Montemarciano (AN). The two residential units are independent and share outdoor spaces and a breathtaking view of the rolling hills of the Marche region.
The ground-floor dwelling is approximately 240 square metres and consists of two large bedrooms, a laundry room, a study, a storage room and a large living area.
A stairwell with a full-height ceiling in which a lift is inserted leads to the first floor. The apartment is about 110 square metres and has an open space where the kitchen, dining area and living area have their rightful place. This is completed by a sleeping area with two bedrooms.
Natural light filters through the large windows to adorn the rooms where family life takes place. Different styles and inspirations coexist in this building, making it unique.
The building is made entirely of glulam with the “Subissati Platform Frame” construction technology.
