Imagine waking up every morning to a breathtaking view of the Monte Conero Natural Park. This dream has become reality for our customers with their new single-family villa made of glulam.
The house is located in Recanati (Macerata) and is the result of a refurbishing project that combined tradition and modernity.
The house was completed in 2023 and is a unique project, combining the elegance of contemporary design with the charm of the Marche tradition. Controlled demolition made it possible to recover and reincorporate original elements of the pre-existing building, such as the bricks, wooden lintels and brick and tile cornice. The external staircase, typical of rural houses in the Marche region, has been maintained and adapted to create a protected entrance to the ground floor. The result is a residence that tells a story and blends perfectly into the landscape.
The large full-height window floods the rooms with natural light and creates an intimate and cosy atmosphere. The villa is on two levels, each measuring approximately 175 square metres, and blends perfectly into its surroundings, enhancing the beauty of the landscape and offering its owners a unique and sustainable living experience.
The "Subissati Platform Frame" construction technology has provided a solid and durable structure, while ensuring high thermal and acoustic insulation.
