Works completed on the new "Montessori" - Rimini

Completion of the work on the new "Montessori" primary school in Rimini. It has been a particularly intense period for our company which has been engaged on several fronts.

The new "Montessori" school is an impressive project, with its 1,800 m2.  But more than anything else it is an example of state-of-the-art school building, firmly desired by the administration of the municipality of Rimini, and is part of a larger energy and urban redevelopment project.

The building was created entirely from laminated wood and covers two floors. Each floor has about five classrooms to which are added various spaces for group activities such as the canteen, library, teachers’ room and toilet facilities.

In a secondary block a gym of about 200 m2 was built, equipped with dressing rooms, a storage space, a medical room and other facilities. 

The school will be completely sustainable, (Nearly Zero Energy Building) and autonomous in terms of energy, there will be no fossil fuel system.
