We had left it the first few days of August with the publication of the project of this new wooden home to be developed.

Today, as you can see from the images, the house has been almost completed externally and work has just begun on installing the systems.

The new home is built over two floors in Corinaldo (AN). On the ground floor, we have the everyday living spaces, whilst on the first floor, for now, a bathroom and multi-purpose room will be created, with the aim being in the future to make the relevant changes to create a mini independent flat.

The house has the typical characteristics of rural buildings, like, for example, the outdoor stairway, the double-pitch roof and the central part of the building being higher than the two, lower sides.

The building was constructed with "Subissati Platform Frame" building technology, in compliance with all current seismic safety regulations and, thanks to the installation of a 6 kw photovoltaic plant, will also achieve high levels of energy efficiency.
