Proudly unveiling the new premises of Finis Africae - Senigallia (AN)

Finis Africae of Senigallia (AN) is a venue where everything has been carefully thought out, every detail is meaningful, every aspect of the architecture is symbolic and every route is an allegoric design.

It is therefore not simply an accommodation structure; it is something more.

Our company was assigned the delicate task of carrying out a series of interventions aimed at extending the offer of the structure, according to the suggestions already made yet without altering the balance.

Two new suites have been built on the top floor of the central body. The rooms, measuring approximately 80 m2 each, are modern and very light and thanks to the west-facing arrangement, enjoy an incredible view over the thousand undertones of the sunset.

In moving downstairs, we find the new restaurant flaunting a sought-after ambiance and very welcoming atmosphere. This is the kingdom of Chef Simone Mosu and his original, creative dishes, interpreting the culture of Marche food.

The restaurant also has a flat roof offering a terrace with a view over the territory of hills and sea, which surrounds the structure on all sides.

New offices have also been developed with an annexed reception, breakfast hall and changing rooms with access to the tennis court.

The structures, which were completed in May, were developed using lamellar wood with support beams and columns and platform in infill panels.
