Subissati has developed the first ever zero emission complex in the Marche region of Italy.
The first ever all-wooden buildings of the ‘Casa Solare’ complex, a company of the Energy Resources Group, built by SUBISSATI are scheduled for official opening on the evening of Friday 30th July at Collina di Santa Maria Nuova.
The structures have been built by our company using the Platform Frame construction system, with external cladding and will be certified Energy Efficiency class A.
The complex comprises 14 homes and features an avant-garde construction system that can eliminate CO2 emission to the point where it is the very first zero emission construction complex in the Marche.
Construction characteristics:

– Basement and foundations in reinforced concrete;
– Ground, first and second floors with wooden support structure
– Roof tiled in Portuguese roofing tiles;
– Exterior plasterwork;
