START OF WORKS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A MULTI-PURPOSE CULTURAL, RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL STRUCTURE
Works have begun on the assembly of the lamellar wood support structure for the development of a multi-purpose structure for Cingoli Local Council in Località Villa Strada. The public building covers a surface area of 350 m2 on a single floor, with a double-pitch roof and an "L" floor plan.
The wooden construction stands next to a school, inside a green area.
The advantages of a wooden building also enable public works to create welcoming, comfortable spaces, reducing development times and costs yet with a high quality technical structure: good seismic dissipation and low energy consumption, thereby reducing maintenance and use costs.
