The first certified “Gold” class wooden home of Marche is in Porto Sant’Elpidio: it could only be a SUBISSATI home and was presented to the President of the Province of Fermo, Fabrizio Cesetti, to the Provincial Councillor Renato Vallesi and the Mayor of Porto Sant’Elpidio Mario Andrenacci.
The building of Messrs. Perotti has been certified by the CasaClima Agency of Bolzano as energy class “Gold”, as declared by the plate affixed to the building. This certification confirms the building’s energy quality, which is self-sufficient in terms of meeting its energy requirements and has very low overall consumption.
The whole procedure by which to achieve the certification was monitored by Arch. Danilo Colletti, consultant in energy efficiency requirement attainment, with whom we are currently developing another build set to have similar thermal and acoustic performance in Mogliano, in the province of Macerata.
