The new multi-storey lamellar wood and steel office block of the company ETS Engineering spa in the town of Pergola in the province of Pesaro and Urbino has just been completed.
The building, which was completed in just a few months and delivered turn-key, has three 200 m2 storeys. The ground floor is organised as an open space with pilotis to allow use of the spaces and access to the adjacent buildings; the various working areas are on the remaining floors and the technical office, in particular, has a large window facing onto the access road. A loggia has been created at the rear of the building, looking out across the green hills and intended as a "relaxation" area.
