"The grand opening of a school is always a time of celebration for the entire community, because students represent our future."
The mayor, Francesca Paolucci, began his speech with these words during the grand opening of the new facilities of the "G. Pascoli" middle school in Tavullia (PU).
Also present for the ceremony, in addition to the mayor and the entire administration, were the scholastic director, the teaching faculty, the students and the parish priest.
Francesco Subissati and our company's technical staff were also on hand.
The school was expanded by about 300 m² thanks to a structure in lamellar wood arranged over two above ground levels, fitted with photovoltaic solar panels.
The following areas were created in the new facilities: computer laboratory, music and science laboratory, the cafeteria, a multi-purpose space on the ground floor and a room for disabled students with support teachers. The building was constructed in accordance with the highest energy efficiency standards and with "Platform Frame" building technology.
