Construction of this lamellar wood house is based on bioconstruction standards.

It has two floors and has the typical forms of a traditional house in the Marche.

The home was delivered "turn-key" to our customers, who relied on us for everything. Many things were decided remotely, via e-mail, WhatsApp and Skype.

It was an emotional journey for both of us. Once again, we successfully satisfied all requests and expectations.

The roots of the building lie in the traditional farmhouses of the Marche region, which have small and regular rooms. The house has two floors, with a ground floor measuring 160 m2 and housing the entire living area.

An elegant staircase leads to the 100 m2 second floor, housing the sleeping area. There is a large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, two single bedrooms and a bathroom.

The house was built using “Subissati Platform Frame” building technology and installation of a heat pump and solar panels is planned.

It is located in the town San Costanzo (PU), in  the countryside, with views of the coast and the hills. The space around the home heavily influenced the project and we sought to ensure continuity between the interiors and exteriors as much as possible, to maintain a harmonious balance with the entire surroundings.
