Three-floor building construction in X-Lam

In the territory of Falconara (AN), a three-family home is currently being developed covering 700 m2 over three floors and with supporting walls built from X-lam panels. The ceilings between the different floors are also developed using X-lam support panels, whilst the roof is with lamellar wood beams and visible matchboard.

The building will be highly energy efficient.
