A week after work began, all the weight-bearing walls that had been pre-assembled in our plant, had been installed on site, as had the main and secondary lamellar wood framework of the roofing, which was completed with the installation of the thermal-ventilated package of brickwork, chimneys and flues, and the waterproof cover.

Delivery of the building will be turnkey, the structure is in the municipality of Saltara (PU) and the construction technology chosen is the "SUBISSATI PLATFORM FRAME SYSTEM", whilst the foundations were in reinforced concrete.

The building develops over two floors for a total surface area of approximately 300 m2 plus the external covered areas.

The radiating floor heating system powered by heat pumps, the photovoltaic plant, the use of high thermal performance fixtures, the elimination of thermal bridges together with the excellent thermal insulation offered by the cladding enable maximum energy efficiency to be achieved by the building.
