Opening of the multifunctional civil protection centre - Comunanza (AP)

The new multifunctional civil protection centre was opened in Comunanza (Ascoli Piceno) on Saturday, 21 May. The building measures around 400 m² and is built entirely of multilayer fir panels laminated using the X-Lam method.

Attending the ceremony was the Vice President of the Italian Red Cross (CRI) Rosario Valastro, national director of CRI operations, emergencies and rescue Ignazio Schintu, regional post-seismic reconstruction inspector Guido Castelli, Comunanza Mayor Alvaro Cesaroni, CARISAP Foundation president Mario Tassi, President of the CRI Sibillini committee Valeria Corbelli and representatives of the donor organisations.
Francesco Subissati attended for our company with some members of our staff.

The structure was completed thanks to the valuable contribution of companies such as Goldman Sachs, FCA, Coca-Cola, Uci Cinema, Fondazione Carisap, Alì Supermercati and the Swiss Red Cross, who supported the project.
