New single-family wooden house completed - Trecastelli (AN)

The works, for the part under our responsibility, on a new single-family wooden house, have been completed. We are located in Trecastelli (AN), a town born from the merger of Ripe, Castel Colonna and Monterado.

The demolition and reconstruction work has resulted in a new wooden building with a classic contemporary flavour surrounded by our much-loved hills. Work began in early 2022 and was completed just before the end of the year.

The building is about 150 square metres on one floor and the interior spaces have been designed to ensure great liveability and living comfort. At the entrance to the house we find a large open space facing south-west which, thanks to its large windows, allows the room to be flooded with light.  The remaining space is distributed in two large rooms with services and accessories.
