New detached wooden family home - Pesaro

Works for a wooden construction almost complete in Pesaro.

The building developed with a wooden Platform Frame structure stands on two floors above ground and a basement. The basement measures approximately 140 m2 with a reinforced concrete structures, whilst the two raised wooden floors respectively measure approximately 120 m2 for the ground floor and approximately 50 m2 for the first floor.

The structure is characterised by a cantilever structure and a pergola on the ground floor, whilst the first floor features a panoramic balcony.

The roof has been created from tiles with built-in photovoltaic system, whilst the external cladding is plaster created using the Celenit - Caparol cladding system.

The excellent thermal insulation afforded by the cladding will enable a high performance building in terms of its cladding.
