DEVELOPMENT OF A MULTI-PURPOSE CULTURAL, RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL STRUCTURE IN VILLA STRADA DI CINGOLI
A multi-purpose structure will be built entirely from lamellar wood on behalf of the local administration of Cingoli in Località Villa Strada. The public building will cover a surface area of 350 m2 in a single building on a single floor, with a double-pitch roof and an "L" floor plan.
It stands adjacent to a school, within a green area and naturally harmonises with the architecture of the neighbouring areas.
The advantages of a wooden building also enable, and have enabled, public works to create welcoming, comfortable spaces, reducing development times and costs yet with a high quality technical and architectonic structure: good seismic dissipation, use of biocompatible, non-finite materials such as certified wood, low energy consumption and reduced maintenance and use costs.
Years of experience and major investments in the wooden construction industry have brought us to achieve these important results, obtaining savings on the production process: our company is structured in such a way that the multi-purpose building arrives on site with the external support walls, the internal support walls and the non-support internal partition walls already pre-assembled inside the plant. All the pre-assembled walls internally have also been entirely treated for the external finish, as concerns the plants they contain the related cable ducts, specifically designed to make for simple, quick, inexpensive installation.
