ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION WORKS FOR THE ANCONA CLIFF FOR THE URBAN REQUALIFICATION AND CONSOLIDATION OF THE AZZURRA CAVE ACCESS SEGMENT IN THE AREA OF CARDETO - COMPLETION WORKS: PROTECTION OF PATH GRANTING ACCESS TO THE BEACH FRONT
The works of a first functional segment of the works, which had entailed the consolidation of the access route to Azzurra Cave in the area of Cardeto, also envisaged works on the pathways.
Due to a series of design variants and related events and circumstances during the tender, the main works envisaged by the project have been carried out.
The project envisages the development of a lamellar wood structure with reinforced flooring along the path granting access to the beach front. Along the footpath, a new support wall has been built on the mountain side, some segments will be protected by creating a roofing on which a rooftop garden will be organised with the installation of earth-filled mattresses. At the central segment of the path, which matches with the central axis of the main wall, above the structure, mattresses will be installed with gravel to drain water that runs down the wall.
For safety reasons, during works for some aspects of the project, a helicopter will be used.
Total 100 (one hundred) consecutive calendar days.
