Detached family wooden home - Falconara AN

A short while ago we also completed another development in Falconara. This was a detached family villa facing out over the beautiful coastal area, a location that clearly had a major impact on the design and place of development. The building develops over two floors above ground. The ground floor has a total surface area of approximately 145 m2 and is completed by a further 15 m2 of portico; the first floor, on the other hand, consists of a surface area of 45 m2 with a large terrace that faces out partly onto the Adriatic coast and partly onto the inland hills. One of the unique features of this development regards the external part of the building; in actual fact, cladding has been obtained using bricks, giving the structure a truly distinctive, unique look.
