Completion of detached home - Senigallia (AN)

Another detached family home has been completed in Senigallia in the province of Ancona.

The low energy consumption construction flaunts a contemporary, essential architecture, developing over three floors with a basement floor in reinforced concrete and two raised floors with a wooden support structure.

The structure has been developed using Platform Frame technology in which the ground floor has a surface area of approximately 130 m2 and the first floor approximately 30 m2 with large balconies. There are a great many areas on both the ground and first floors where shaded pergolas have been installed for a total of approximately 90 m2 to make best use of the outdoor space.

The building was developed amidst the "Parco Verde Azzurro" complex in località Cesanella di Senigallia, where building plots are currently still available for the construction of detached and semi-detached homes.
